Please fill out the New Guest Form.
This form prepares me with your hair history, future goals, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences. It will also allow us to make the most out of our first visit together by serving as a guide during our in-depth consultation.
After you complete this form, you will be given a link to request a New Guest Color Session or an in-person consultation.
Step 3
Once you have requested an appointment, an invoice will be sent to your email to pay your New Guest Booking Fee.
Your requested appointment will not be accepted until the invoice is paid. Failure to pay within 24 hours will result in your requested appointment being automatically denied.
