Inspired by the gold-standard beauty and wellness experience Salon AU is known for, I’ve thoughtfully curated every detail of our time together to be peaceful, personalized, and confidence-boosting.

 

From the moment you walk in, you’ll be greeted with warmth and ease. In our tranquil washroom, you’ll enjoy a calming shampoo experience—complete with luxurious head spa treatments and a full-body massage chair designed to help you fully unwind.

 

At Haven Color Co., I’m here to serve more than just your hair—I’m here to serve you. Whether you’re here for a dimensional color refresh, an extension transformation, or a moment to breathe between life’s busy moments, my chair is a space for you to feel seen, cared for, and radiant.

Haven Color Co. Policies

New Guest Booking Fee

To reserve your first appointment (or if it’s been over 12 months since your last visit), a $50 booking fee is required. This fee goes toward your total service cost and helps ensure dedicated time is reserved just for you. An invoice will be sent after your appointment request and must be paid within 24 hours to secure your spot. If not received in that window, the request will be released. Please note: Booking fees are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice.

Late Arrival Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I always strive to run on time to provide the best possible experience. If you arrive late, we may need to adjust your services to stay on schedule. For example, a blow-dry and style may need to be skipped—but the full service price will still apply. If your arrival time prevents us from completing the appointment altogether, it may be necessary to reschedule, and the rebooking fee outlined in the cancellation policy will be required. Thank you for understanding and respecting the time reserved for each guest.

Cancellation Policy

To respect the time and care that goes into each appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% rebooking fee, which must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled. I understand that life happens, and true emergencies will always be handled with grace. Each guest is allowed one last-minute cancellation for emergencies without penalty. Your time is valuable—and so is mine. Thank you for your understanding and support.

No-Show Policy

No-shows greatly impact my schedule and other guests waiting for appointments. If a guest misses their appointment without any communication, a 100% rebooking fee will be required to reschedule. This fee must be paid via invoice before a future appointment is accepted. Repeated no-shows may also require prepayment for future visits.

Re-do Policy

My goal is always for you to leave feeling confident and in love with your hair. If you feel that your results do not reflect what we discussed during your consultation, please reach out within 72 hours of your appointment so we can make it right. Please note: If your preferences have changed from our original plan, it will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.

Payment of Fees

All booking and rebooking fees are paid securely through invoice. Please note that these fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable, as they reserve your dedicated appointment time.

Children in the Salon

I truly adore your little ones! However, to maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all guests, I kindly ask that children under the age of 14 not accompany you to your appointment unless they are receiving a service. This ensures everyone can fully enjoy their time of self-care and relaxation.

In Salon Photography & Videography

Capturing your transformation is one of my favorite parts of the experience at Haven. With your consent, I may take photos or videos before, during, or after your appointment to highlight the artistry and care behind your look. These visuals may be used on social media, my website, or other marketing platforms to inspire and educate.

 

​Featuring your face is always optional—never required, but always a fun way to showcase your glow-up! You’re welcome to tag, repost, and share anything you’d like.
